Martha L. Smith

Biography

Martha Smith began working with Attorney Daniel Clark in January of 2023. Martha was admitted to practice law in New Hampshire in 1985. She practiced in several New Hampshire law firms, primarily in the areas of litigation and bankruptcy law. Martha then took a new direction and became general counsel to a national energy services company in Massachusetts. After practicing law for over 30 years, she is now retired. Martha was still interested in being involved with the law and was pleased when Dan offered her a position as a part-time assistant in his office. Her main focus with the firm is helping with preparation of documents for client meetings and completing estate plan documents to give back to clients.
